Pardon me, can we please slow down, Can we all just open our eyes? Feels like there’s nothing left we can do Except take a real deep breathe and sigh… I said, No no no no no no no always on the Go go go go No no no no no no no always on the Go go go go Pardon me, can we please slow down, Can all just open our eyes? Feels like there’s nothing left we can do Except take a real deep breathe and sigh It’s 5 p.m. and the big top’s closing down, again. De ja vu with every blink of an eye the clowns pretend You’re the chosen one, everyone’s friend, befriend and then… As you load your weapons at the front of the station Let hunting season begin… As we rage against the machine which we drive Only moving faster to try and survive In your circus society, no no no no not for you nor for me And it feels like we’re limping along with one wing Don’t want to get caught up in your three-ring circus society No no no no not for you nor for me This circus society Aw that thee-ring fraternity I said, No no no no no no no always on the Go go go go No no no no no no no always on the Go go go go Pardon me, can we please slow down, Can we all just open our eyes? Feels like there’s nothing left we can do Except take a real deep breathe and sigh We’re running faster than we can, keep up Engines churning, burning, on the run we’re blowing up Walls are caving, stay in one place, cut off and then…. We’re going nowhere as fast as we can Only to lose touch…

Lookin’ for a place to call my home, A friendly kind of place to call my own. Lookin’ for a place filled with joy and cheer, A simple kind of place in a lower gear. Sometimes I wonder if such a place exists. A home to fill my soul with eternal bliss. Sometimes I sit and think, man this just can’t be real. It’s gotta be somewhere, what the fuck is the deal? Cuz I’m lookin’ for a place to call my home, A friendly kind of place to call my own. Lookin’ for a place filled with joy and cheer, A simple kind of place in a lower gear. Help me find that place, oh someone please help me! It’s gotta be somewhere, a place where I can just be. Help me find a dwelling to come home to and smile. A place where I can live a life more worthwhile. Cuz I’m lookin’ for a place to call my home, A friendly kind of place to call my own. Lookin’ for a place filled with joy and cheer, A simple kind of place in a lower gear. Maybe it’s down south or somewhere out west. Maybe it’s beyond that fence, I’d sure love to know what’s best. Maybe it’s along the shore, or in the middle of the bay. Who knows, but hell, I hope to find it soon, and find it someday!!!! Lookin’ for a place to call my home, A friendly kind of place to call my own. Could take a century to find the one, But as long as I’ve got you, love, I’ll feel at home…

Wish I were still innocent to the troubles in the world today. The politicians, CEOs, gangbangers who be gettin’ their way. It’s hard growin’ up in such an unforgiving world. Why can’t we all stay innocent and dream of how we were…ohh la la la de da So, extend your heart, open your mind and show your teeth with a great big smile, cause this guideline should help our world survive for a great long while… Everyone’s afraid, everyone’s scared. Step back, remember why we’re here. The gift called love, the earth that spins. We’re all unique in the end. All we need is one big smile,
to warm the aching hearts of all. All we need is you, him, her and me to realize our lumbering downfall…6 feet under, still going down. So, if you walk or you drive on by, you’ll encounter plenty of strangers. Don’t be afraid, no don’t be scared, just give’em a smile and there’ll be no danger… So, extend your heart, open your mind and show your teeth with a great big smile, cause this guideline should help our world survive for a great long while… Everyone’s afraid, everyone’s scared. Step back, remember why we’re here. The gift called love, the earth that spins. We’re all unique in the end. Extend your heart, open your mind and show your teeth with a great big smile.

Dancing hammocks swing my way. Love and run and sun all day. Claws that paint the sand in blooms. Drops of life approaching soon. At the end of every bumpy road… There’s a little piece of paradise… Where the greener side to life is all that we see. Try to buy your friends and family, but true love comes for free. From the lazy azul carib sea. To the west coast rides that set you free. Above the clouds a sea of green. To the lava rocks that heat the streams. At the end of every bumpy road… There’s a little piece of paradise… Where the greener side to life is all that we see. Try to buy your friends and family, but true love comes for free. Strong and calming tracks of sand. Journeys only she withstands. Bringing forth the chance for life. Keep her eggs from sale and strife. At the end of every bumpy road… There’s a little piece of paradise… Where the greener side to life is all that we see. Try to buy your friends and family, but true love comes for free.

Burnt on horizon, 1000 years away. The ocean swears to me warmth will come again. Let it ride, let it ride, let it ride… Burnt on horizon, singed by consciousness. My own existence the opiate of sin. Let it ride, let it ride, let it ride… Night sheds its skin, lost in loneliness. A vacant whisper soothes and silences. Let it ride, let it ride, let it ride…

If 48 hours were in a day, I’d do what I want and have it my way. Could I cut my workload in half, or just put more on my plate? Fight the hands on the clock, that’s what I hate. So much to do, so little time, can’t control all I want as mine. I want time to be on my side. Sun comes up, out of bed. Rub my eyes, shake my head. Blink an eye, sun's at a resting state. Time flies when having fun, that’s what I hate. White rabbit you’re in a rush, late late for an UNimportant date. I want time to be on my side. Need to take time to breathe, take time to be, take time to see what’s at your feet. Take the time which is yours and don’t let it slip away, Live life every day, live life each day…is a changing of the tide, One can be good and one bad, but we must experience both sides.
